1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or playing the mobile game Bullet Veer (the "Game"), developed by D. Srivardhan Reddy / Akanda Bharat ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or play the Game.

2. License to Play We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play Bullet Veer for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Game, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.

3. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to Bullet Veer—including but not limited to all software, code, graphics, animations, audio, user interfaces, and the "Akanda Bharat" studio name—are owned by D. Srivardhan Reddy. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property.

4. User Conduct To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, you agree that you will not:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or networks.

  • Use the Game for any illegal or commercial purposes.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Links Bullet Veer is a free-to-play game supported by advertising through third-party networks, specifically Google AdMob.

  • We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services shown in these advertisements.

  • If you click on a third-party ad, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.

6. Limitation of Liability The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D. Srivardhan Reddy and Akanda Bharat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device failure, or bugs/crashes within the Game.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game entirely at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Game after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
